This Spring, we've lined up culinary masterpieces to bring the characteristic zest and life of this time of the year.
Chef Claudio at The Mistral presents a delicious range of White Asparagus-inspired dishes and his bespoke Artichoke culinary selections. At Hoi King Heen, Master Chef for Chinese Cuisine Chef Leung continues to bring his Best of the Best award-winning dishes to the table.
And for some Easter fun, Leo Tso, our chef de patisserie, will hold an Easter egg making class for kids and adults. For Rugby Sevens fans, we are showing a live broadcast of the games on our big screen, complete with some Happy Hour treats. For chocolate aficionados, our Godiva liqueur cocktail selection at Tiffany's New York Bar is sure to please.
On Sundays, take the family to our Sparkling Sunday Brunch and let the children frolic at our Leap Frog Kids Corner.
Finally, being a pioneer of environmentally conscious hotels in Hong Kong, we are proud to support the Earth Hour 2010 and encourage you to do the same by switching off your lights from 8:30pm to 9:30pm on March 27th.
