Celebrate the Black Truffle Season with Chef Claudio's bespoke culinary creations. Chef Claudio's passion for great cooking is a perfect match to this unique black truffle sensation, complemented with selected Italian wines.
Throughout the month of January and February, Chef Claudio presents an impeccable degustation menu, including an appetizing creation of Seared beef carpaccio with avocado, eggplant puree and truffle dressing and Porcini mushroom soup with truffle oil and taleggio cheese. The Home made fettuccine pasta with sautéed mushrooms and truffle is a great accompaniment to the Pan fried cod fillet with truffle sauce and zucchini, and Roast U.S. beef tenderloin, pan-fried foie gras, white asparagus, grilled endive and black truffle.
