His Chinese New Year Good Fortune menu includes the colourful salmon salad with mixed vegetables; steamed garoupa rolls with shrimp paste and asparagus ; and steamed minced chicken with spinach puree and crab roe sauce .

Not to be missed is Chef Leung's ingenious take on traditional dishes such as sautéed prawns with carrot ring and squash ring; deep-fried pork balls with dragon fruit; deep-fried squid ball with cheese dressing and preserved plums; and steamed fish maw with broccoli, year cake and preserved vegetables.
